We use the website Buildium to maintain both tenant and owner information, providing you 24/7 access to copies of all documents, financial records and invoice copies. Tenants can submit repair work orders and communicate with us directly through Buildium. Disbursements to owners are made on the 20th of each month via ACH directly to your bank account.
We perform an RMA (Rental Market Analysis) approximately 60 days prior to a lease ending utilizing resources such as Denver Metro Association of Realtors, Zillow and RE Colorado in order to provide our clients the most up-to-date information when making decisions about their investment.
We provide regular communication regarding repairs, maintenance issues, tenant issues and inspections. You will be provided a comprehensive report upon each inspection completed. All documents, financial records and invoice copies are stored on Buildium, our portal for tenants and owners and is accessible 24/7.
